RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST
West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 6th August 2023
Please find below a summary of our findings.
1) The number of fires that the service responded to in listed buildings (to include Grade I, Grade II*, Grade II) between January 2018 and August 2023 (or the latest available date).
3) If possible, information on whether each fire referred to in Q1 was considered deliberate.
Please attached for data involving include Grade I, Grade II*, Grade II) listed buildings.
2) The names and addresses of the buildings referred to in Q1.
Releasing the names and addresses of the buildings may identify individuals, therefore, would contravene the principles of the data protection legislation. Therefore, the name and address of the of the buildings are exempt from under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
