There has been a total of 26 fires at either a ‘Scrap yard (metal and cars)’ or ‘Recycling centres’ between April 2022 and March 2023; this involves 11 incidents at Scrap Yards and 15 at Recycle centres.
Please note, the financial year for 2022/23 has not yet closed and therefore changes to the data may occur
