West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 25th January 2023

WMFS regularly publish into our Scrutiny Committee on these cases via the ‘Dispute Resolution Report’ which are publicly available. Therefore, this information is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as this information is reasonably accessible to the requestor. Dispute Resolution Report’ are published as both part of the agenda pack and as separate items. You will need to go into each meeting and see if a Dispute Resolution is listed (not all meetings had them) and you will then be able to download the reports specifically.
