RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 25th October 2022

Please find below a summary of our findings.

Request.

This question is for Billesley and Kings Norton fire stations.

I’ve noticed for Billesley, your third bay and Kings Norton, your first bay, that there used to be ambulances in there or an Ambulance bay, why do you not have them ambulances anymore?

Reply

The Ambulance Service withdrew their contract with West Midlands Fire Service in approx. 2016 and, therefore the ambulances no longer park/charge on station
