Structural fire kit supplied by Bristol is tracked on their own system the Bristol portal, which can be accessed by operational personnel. Who can view their current allocation of kit (details barcodes, condition code, when it was last seen in the service centre for laundry and repair and the life of the garment from when it was manufactured). All of the items of PPE from Bristol are RFID tagged.
