Copies of business Cases approved in the past 3 Months ?

In the past 3 months there have been 2 project proposals.

The first is related to how the organisation responds to road traffic collisions and the second is related to the digitisation of occupational health records. We do not publish individual business cases as they will contain our risk assessment of the activity/initiative proposed and will attract exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act 200.

The first project related to our response to road traffic collisions is exempt under Section 38 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as disclosing this information has the potential to endanger the health safety or well-being of individuals including fire fighters.

The second project related to the digitisation of occupational health records is exempt under section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as this project contains details that may be commercially sensitive in nature at this point as we may be in negotiations with potential suppliers so would be exempt as it is related to the commercial interest of our organisation.
