Please find below a summary of our findings.
Please can you supply me with the following information?
of all vehicles currently on your fleet and those sold between 1st March 2019 and 26th November 2021.
Please see attached for vehicles that have been sold between 1st March 2019 and 26th November 2021.
Current fleet Make and Model – This information is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as the make and model information is reasonably accessible to the requestor. Information concerning our fleet can be found on West Midlands Fire Service website at the following link: Fleet List
Registration number – Information related to the registration numbers of our fleet has been excluded as it is exempt under Section 38 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as disclosing this information is likely to endanger individual fire service personnel. This identifier specifically identify resources that may respond to incidents related to community resilience or counter terrorism with other agencies. Identification by registration number could expose vulnerabilities in resilience arrangements and thus endanger fire-fighter safety.
