Expenditure for ICT is provided in the published transparency reports and falls under the Expenditure Category “Communication & Computing”. A further heading “CIPFA detailed expenditure type” provides headings similar to those in the FOI spreadsheet.
Therefore this information is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as this information is reasonably accessible to the requestor. Information concerning our ICT expenditure can be found on West Midlands Fire Service website at the following link:
