West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 11th February 2021

Please find below a summary of our findings.

In accordance with the Freedom of information Act (2000) could you please confirm the following:

(1) that  Birmingham City Council (BCC) consulted West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) with respect to both the King’s Heath and Lozells LTNs.

Please provide documentary evidence, in the form of any correspondence between WMFS and BCC or otherwise
