RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 5th January 2021

Please find below a summary of our findings.

Request.

I’d like to know since 14th June 2017, how many multi-occupancy residential buildings in your authority have been served prohibition notices by the FRS or Council due to Fire Safety concerns, with residents forced to leave?

If possible, please include as much of the following in the disclosure relating to each incident

– The date of the order

– The address of the property

– The reasons given

– The number of individual units / homes affected (if they can provide that)
