In date order, the open days we have at our fire stations are shown below, as well as details of how to get there!

Handsworth Community Fire Station

Saturday 10th August

10:30 – 15:00

We’ve got fire engines to have photos with, a RTC Demo, Front Room Fire Demo.

Staff from St Johns Ambulance, our fire bike and technical rescue team will also be at the event.

We’ve also got virtual reality headsets, local charity stalls, Fire Cadets, food stalls and much much more!

Ladywood Community Fire Station

Monday 12th August

10:00 – 16:00

We’ve got fire engines to have photos with, a RTC Demo, Front Room Fire Demo.

Staff from St Johns Ambulance, our fire bike and technical rescue team will also be at the event.

We’ve also got virtual reality headsets, local charity stalls, Fire Cadets, food stalls and much much more!

Fallings Park Community Fire Station

Saturday 24th August

11:00 – 15:00

Details of the event are not fully confirmed, but there’s usually fire crews, RTC demos, community stalls as well as food and drink stalls available and activities for kids!

Billesley Community Fire Station

Sunday 1st September

12:00 – 16:00

There will be lots of activities from front room fire simulation, RTC demos, face painting. You’ll have a chance to look round a fire engine as well as a roadshow. Our fire dog Kai may even be making an appearance!

Haden Cross Community Fire Station

Saturday 7th September

11:00 – 16:00

There will be lots of activities including RTC Demonstrations. Music and entertainment are planned and colleagues from West Midlands Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service will be there. There are also martial arts demonstrations and of course the all-important bouncy castle!

Sutton Coldfield Community Fire Station

Saturday 14th September

11:00 – 16:00

Details of the event are not fully confirmed, but there’s usually fire crews, RTC demos, community stalls as well as food and drink stalls available and activities for kids!
