I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 6th June 2019.
Please find below a summary of our findings.

Your service uses 999eye video streaming services as part of call triage/review. Please can I receive copies of the Information Security Assessment and Privacy Impact Assessment in relation to the use of the 999eye service by 999 callers.

Please find attached Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) which includes our assessment of information security. The PIA was completed prior to the implementation of the Data Protection Act 2018.

Please can I receive a copy of the script/training materials that your control room staff receive to deploy the 999eye system

Please find attached safety guidance which is used as part of FC training and awareness for using 999eye.
In regards to any scripts or training materials, we do not have anything specific as training is delivered through practical demonstration.
