I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 6^th May 2019 2017.

Please find below a summary of our findings.

An up to date list of the organisations that the West Midlands Fire Service works in partnership with, with regard to safe and well visits

Attached is a list of all of the organisations and partnerships that have made Safe and Well referrals to WMFS during quarter 4 of the financial year 2018/19.

The data collected for onward referrals is recorded in free text boxes. We undertake 25,000 to 30,000 safe and well visits a year this would mean manually checking each record to find the data in the free text boxes to identify the organisations we have referred to or partnered with and this would exceed the appropriate limit for a freedom of information request and would incur a charge, please let me know if you want to proceed and I can prepare a fees notice for you.
