I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 9th December 2017
Please find below a summary of our findings.
I would like to know, under the FoIA 2000, what training (if any) is provided to frontline fire officers regarding neurological and psychiatric conditions (i.e. they may encounter when dealing with the public).
Mental Health First Aid
What precise external occupational health services are currently provided to frontline fire officers to deal with the ever-increasing poor mental health occurrences sadly experienced by public sector workers.
Access to CBT psychotherapist and bespoke solutions for individuals if required
Would you kindly forward me an electronic copy of your FoI procedure moreover place a copy on your website for future reference by the public.
