10) How many times and for how long was your control room operating at spate conditions due to flooding in December 2015? What was the estimated peak volumes of flood-related calls?

Our Control room took approx 350 calls for North West Fire Control in approx 3 hours on 26th December this was spate but not within our own area, Staffordshire and West Midlands areas were quiet but the number of calls being taken meant overflow calls were passed to London due to S&WM FC not having capacity to manage them all.
