Information concerning for Gas Heating/Boiler Maintenance and water contracts is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as this information is reasonably accessible to the requestor. Our contracts for gas and electricity (half hourly and non-half hourly electricity) are via various framework contracts awarded by CCS (Crown Commercial Services)
Gas with Corona
Half Hourly Elec with British Gas
Non Half Hourly Elec with EDF
Here is a link to CCS it is considered good practice by local government to use this framework as they bulk buy, central Government are mandated to use it.
