RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 3rd November 2016.

Please find below a summary of our findings.

Request

From the period of 01/10/16 to 31/10/16 I would like information on your vehicles covering other stations as standby.

I would like to know the station covering what station, the date and time start and the time finish. I would like to know what vehicle covered and for what reason. For example

Highgate covered Bournbrook on 01/10/16 9am to 5pm, PRL was sent as standby and the reason being fault with Bournbrook PRL

Please see attached. foi16135-standy-october-16

Please note West Midlands Fire Service does not record the reason for the standby therefore it is exempt under section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision please write to The Public Relations Department, West Midlands Fire Service, 99 Vauxhall Road, Birmingham, B7 4HW
