A request for information about Records of repairs to vehicles.
RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST
I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 7th September 2016.
Please find below a summary of our findings.
I am looking for information from your fire service workshop in Perry Barr Birmingham
From 01-08-16 to 07/09/16 can you please detail what vehicle has entered the workshop, the date entered and left, for what reason and which station it was from.
PRL 01/08/16 03/08/16 broken light – Highgate appliance
Please note that I only require info relating to West Midlands fire service
WMFS does keep records of all repairs under taken but not in a format that will make it readily available to issue, furthermore some of the data may be sensitive as to the cost basis and suppliers and therefore it will take a long time locating, retrieving and extracting the information from complex datasets which holds commercially sensitive data. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide information within appropriate time limit, therefore unfortunately we would have to charge.
Fee Notice issued.
