West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 24th August 2015.

Detailing information on Prohibition Notices. Served since 1 January 2010
This information is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Information already reasonably accessible. There is a list of all Prohibition Notices issued by the fire service published on the Chief Fire Officers’ Association (CFOA) website.
On the home page go to ‘Sharing and Learning’, ‘Enforcement Register’, ‘Register Search’. Choose type of premises, Issuing Fire and Rescue Service, Click Browse register. On new page, there is an option for type of notice choose Prohibition Notice.
