RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST
I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 10th September 2015
Please find below a summary of our findings.
- When your current contract with HR and Payroll software expires.
- When your current contract with BACs payment software expires.
The current contract for HR software expires on 1-4-16 this contract is renewable annually.
Our Payroll Software services are provided to us under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) by Sandwell MBC. The SLA is reviewed on an annual basis by the Finance Manager and the Strategic Enabler for Finance Provision of payment services using BACS is provided as part of the SLA but we have no direct contract with a supplier for this. Sandwell MBC will hold a contract with a BACS Supplier.
- Where/if these services will be tendered.
There is currently no intention to tender for provision of payroll and BACS services.

We are not joined to another Fire Service for provision of these services.
