I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 14th July 2016.
Please find below a summary of our findings.
Please state the number of Trained firefighters (full time equivalent), all staff including trained firefighters (full time equivalent) employed by your service at the end of each of the following calendar years. 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16.

2011/12 – 1 non uniformed person
2012/13 – none
2013/14 – none
2014/15 – 1 uniformed person
2015/16 – 1 uniformed person.
These 3 employees are the only ill health retirements due to mental health issues including stress, in the time period stated.
