I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 2nd January 2018

Please find below a summary of our findings.


Please provide a list of all facilities for West Midlands Fire Service staff members to make written feedback or suggestions to senior management. As general examples, this answer could include (but would not be limited to) physical feedback systems like suggestion boxes, and electronic resources such as internal intranet forums (including ‘rumour mills’), and dedicated feedback email addresses.


West Midlands Service provides a number of facilities for staff members to provide feedback to senior management which include, written, electronically, face to face and local facilities list below.

Bluelight Thinking Forms

Line Managers – direct contact, email face to face, meetings or emails

Yammer – internal social platform

Teams – internal forum

CCC system (Compliments, Comments, Complaints) – electronic system

Whats Happening Visits to all areas/locations of business – (senior management communications visit).
