West Midlands Fire Service has a Contact Centre for members of the community to contact for home safety checks. We use software that has been developed in-house and is therefore supported and maintained internally. We do not have contracts with any external companies to provide, maintain or support this software. This is therefore exempt under section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

With regards for the contact details of specific contacts, West Midlands Fire Service does not disclose individual contact details as these are exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
