I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested on 17th January 2019
Please find below a summary of our findings.

I would like to know how many BA emergencies there have been since 1st Jan 2015 to 31st December 2018. Please include: date/time, property subtype, reason for BA emergency, outcome, number of pumps, location of incident, basic incident details.

- Please Note:
The date range used is 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2018 - Only operational incidents have been included i.e. not tests or exercises
- Only incidents where the wording ‘BA Emergency’ in the incident log have been included in the data.
- The number of pumps is calculated using the number of hose reels and jets at an incident
- The location of incident is using the ward and borough
