RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information requested on 23rd November 2020

Please find below a summary of our findings.

Further to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government Building Safety Programme: Monthly Data Release on 31 October 2020 can you please provide details of the 1 to 5 high-rise (over 18 metres) residential buildings (including student accommodation and hotels) and publicly owned buildings identified with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding systems unlikely to meet Building Regulations in Birmingham.

WMFS is aware of 2 buildings in the WMFS area which presently have ACM cladding.  One is a residential block and one building is a hotel.
