Our average attendance time against the different categories that we have a target for are:

  • High Risk (Significant risk to life and property, for instance dwelling fires and RTC): target is 5 minutes, median average in 2018/19 was 04:42
  • Medium Risk (Reduced risk to life, for instance vehicle fires, flooding, leaks): median average was 05:27 against a target of 7 minutes
  • Low Risk (low risk incidents such as lift releases or animal rescues): median average was 04:56 against a target of 10 mins
  • Secondary fires (such as grass or rubbish fires): median average of 06:45 against a target of 20 minutes.
