The Building Surveyor role within the Facilities Management Section is both challenging and rewarding. It presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to demonstrate their aptitude for handling multi-disciplined, diverse workloads and their ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the high-quality standards expected. Capital Project experience would be an advantage.

Applicants should be preferably educated to Degree level or HNC (or similar professional qualification) or alternatively have gained relevant experience from similar roles. Applicants must be fully conversant with all current built environment regulations and legislation, including CDM.

A clean current driving licence and your own car are essential as travel will be a core requirement of the role.
