Project Surveyor

West Midlands Fire Service are looking to recruit a Facilities Management Projects Surveyor.
It presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to demonstrate their aptitude for handling multi-disciplined and diverse workloads with the ability to deliver projects ranging from £20k to £7m on time, within budget and to the high quality standards expected.

A clean current driving licence and your own car are essential as travel will be a core requirement of the role.

You will be involved with Capital Project new builds as well as delivering organisationally centred projects and supporting the Senior Surveyor to deliver the yearly Capital Planned works.
We are looking for a team player who holds strong communication skills to join our department who will thrive in this challenging but rewarding role.

Applicants should preferably be educated to Degree level or HNC (or similar professional qualification) or alternatively have gained relevant experience from similar roles. Applicants must be fully conversant with all current built environment regulations and legislation, including CDM.
