We are looking for a Office 365 Developer to join the team and leverage our application capabilities across a variety of platforms.

Employment Type: Full time

Duration of employment: 18 Months Fixed Term Contract

Job location: 99 Vauxhall Road, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 4HW

Working hours: Working full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with very occasional work outside of normal hours.

Salary: £44,632 – £46,464

• SQL knowledge (Azure SQL instances or SQL Server)
• Experience in C# .NET / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / REST / OData / MVC / TypeScript (Angular)
• Experience in using Visual Studio or VS Code
• Experience of working with the Agile methodology
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal)
• Proven track record to work to strict commercial deadlines
• Self-management and strong organisation skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Competent project management skills
• Applications are invited from graduates who may not have the relevant experience but do have a relevant degree.

• Development on Apps and bespoke project specifications using the Microsoft SharePoint Development toolkit, SPFx, React and Angular.
• Experience of using Bootstrap (or responsive design equivalent)
• Experience in Azure Development, e.g. Azure Functions
• Experience with MS PowerPlatform – MS PowerApps, MS Flow and PowerBI
• Office 365 development:
• API coding and MS Graph
• Development within MS Teams
• Automation – MS Flow and Azure LogicApps
• Experience with any third-party custom SharePoint tools
• Experience in CI/CD and development of advanced testing processes, e.g. Unit Testing
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM)
• An understanding of business process mapping
• Be self-sufficient in delivering work and overcoming technical problems and barriers encountered through research
