Employment Type: The Lead Prevention Practitioner role is a part time post for 30 weeks per year during term time. This post is offered as 114 days during the 30 weeks, with an extra 6 days outside of this for training and development. The working day will be 6.30 hours from Tuesday to Friday and hours will be confirmed on appointment. The 30 week work pattern will be scheduled annually.

Duration of employment: Fix term 12 months contract

Salary: £21,166 pro rota (£8556.00 per annum)

The Prevention Practitioner Lead will be based at Safeside at Eastside and have responsibility for day to day management and supervision for a team of part time Prevention Practitioners who carry out the day to day delivery of our programmes, support to volunteers, and individual scenario management.

Induction and ongoing training will be provided for this role so no formal qualifications are needed.
