The Birmingham Community Alert is a free emergency messaging service provided by the Birmingham Resilience Team. This is a hi-tech messaging service for all residents and businesses in Birmingham providing emergency texts or voicemail messages during an emergency incident in the Birmingham area. These incidents could range from flooding and power faliures to major road closures and evacuations.
