In March 2009, the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority approved our Annual Service Plan 2009-2010, which outlines how we will make West Midlands safer over the coming year.
Combining our Integrated Risk Management Plan and our Business Plan, this document shows our approach to managing our resources including our proactive approach to making the public safer, our legal requirements under a range of legislation and our emergency response when we are needed most.
Our Annual Service Plan includes the outcomes of the public consultation, which took place between October 2008 and January 2009.
