

Effective performance management is a core element to the achievement of our key priorities and enables us to provide high quality services. As a continuously improving organisation we aim to provide a service that is efficient, effective, economical and represents value for money.
Our performance is assessed annually by the Audit Commission as part of the Comprehensive Area Assessment framework. For 2008/2009 we were judged by the Commission to be an organisation that “performs well” and “exceeds minimum requirements”.
